Concerning the printed poster which has to be brought by yourself to Vienna, we do not provide any template. Please note, however, that the poster size must be DIN A0 portrait (841 x 1189 mm), otherwise you will have problems in mounting the poster on the provided boards.

As we are not able to have all posters displayed during the entire conference, please consider the following mounting periods:

  • Mounting of poster: during lunch break of the day of your poster presentation
  • Dismantling of poster: at the latest during the morning coffee break at the day after your poster presentation

Please note, that all posters not dismantled during the morning coffee break, will be removed and thrown away by our staff.

Please see below a display on where your poster shall be mounted on your scheduled day.

Printing of poster

You may get your poster printed at Die Kopie which is next to the university.

Guidelines for uploading presentations

Each lecture room will be equipped with a notebook (Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2016, Acrobat Reader) and a video beamer (presentation size 4:3). For any special requirements concerning movies etc. in your presentation, please contact us well in advance before the conference.

All presenters are asked to make their presentations on the notebooks available in the lecture rooms. Technical staff will be available to assist you in uploading the presentation.

You are requested to check-in your presentation on your CD-ROM or USB-stick (please do not use password-protected USB-sticks) directly with the technical staff in the lecture room well in advance of your lecture in order to allow smooth change between the individual lectures.

In addition, there will be a preview center established where you can pre-check your presentation on one of our notebooks.

Thank you very much for respecting these few guidelines, which will help us to ensure a successful and smoothly running conference.
